For Attorneys

Your clients, your brand,
our infrastructure.

The Estate Room is a managed, co-branded case management platform for licensed estate and probate attorneys — built by Forever Legacy Bridge, maintained by Forever Legacy Bridge, and never touched by your IT team. You practice law. We handle the platform.

What You Get

A fully managed Estate Room

Your firm brand alongside Forever Legacy Bridge. Your clients in one organized, workflow-driven hub. Your paralegals working inside your supervised platform.

What We Handle

Everything else

Platform maintenance, workflow updates, security, compliance, billing infrastructure, and escalation routing from the Forever Legacy Bridge Direct navigator network.

The Estate Room Rule

Built for attorneys. Owned by attorneys. Billed to attorneys.

The Estate Room is exclusively for licensed attorneys. This is not a tool for paralegals operating independently — it is a platform for attorney-led practices, with paralegal team members working under attorney supervision inside the room.

The Attorney Rule

The Estate Room is for licensed attorneys only. Paralegals may work inside an attorney's Estate Room as part of that attorney's supervised team — but they cannot own an Estate Room, cannot be billed independently, and cannot operate without attorney oversight. The attorney owns the account. The attorney is billed by Forever Legacy Bridge. The attorney carries the professional responsibility. No attorney account means no Estate Room.

What Is Inside the Estate Room

Forever Legacy Bridge builds it. You use it.

Forever Legacy Bridge builds and maintains the full workflow stack. The attorney practices law. We handle the platform — updates, compliance, security, and infrastructure.

🗂️
Client Document Vault

Secure, versioned document storage per matter. Permissions-controlled access for paralegal team members. Full audit trail.

📋
Estate Workflow Engine

Forever Legacy Bridge-built probate and estate planning workflows — task sequences, deadline triggers, milestone tracking — maintained and updated as law changes.

👨‍👩‍👧
Client Workspace

A shared space for the attorney's client — executor, family members — to see progress, upload documents, and communicate. Branded as the attorney's practice.

📅
Deadline Calendar

State-specific probate deadlines, court filing windows, creditor claim periods — auto-populated per matter and flagged before they pass.

🔀
FLB Escalation Inbox

Forever Legacy Bridge Direct cases that have reached the legal boundary arrive here — fully organized, documented, and ready for attorney review. No intake from scratch.

👥
Team Management

Attorney adds paralegal team members to specific matters. Paralegal access is scoped and supervised — they work inside the room, the attorney owns it.

💬
Secure Messaging

Client-attorney communication thread per matter. All within the platform — no scattered email chains, no miscommunication across channels.

💳
Billing and Engagement

Time tracking, invoice generation, and engagement letter management integrated with the matter workflow. The attorney bills their client. Forever Legacy Bridge bills the attorney for platform access.

🏷️
Co-Brand and White Label

The Estate Room carries both the attorney's firm brand and the Forever Legacy Bridge name. Clients see their attorney's practice, powered by Forever Legacy Bridge infrastructure.

How Clients Come to the Estate Room

Two sources. Both organized before they arrive.

Whether a client comes from your existing practice or arrives as a Forever Legacy Bridge escalation, they come with context already built — documents organized, situation understood, intake done.

Source One

Your Own Existing Clients

Bring your current estate and probate clients into your Estate Room. Instead of managing matters across email, spreadsheets, and shared drives, everything moves into one organized, workflow-driven platform. Better service. Less overhead. Clients see the co-branded experience they expect from your firm.

Source Two

Forever Legacy Bridge Escalations

When a Forever Legacy Bridge Direct navigator reaches the boundary of process guidance — a contested will, an LLC to dissolve, a tax filing — the case escalates to an attorney in the professional network. The attorney receives a fully documented, organized case through their Estate Room escalation inbox. No cold start. No intake from scratch. The navigator's work becomes the attorney's foundation.

Billing and Accountability Structure

The attorney is the account holder and the party billed by Forever Legacy Bridge for Estate Room access. Paralegal team members are added by the attorney to specific matters — they are not platform accounts, they are team members within the attorney's account. If the supervising attorney leaves or their license lapses, Forever Legacy Bridge suspends the Estate Room pending reassignment or closure. No attorney means no Estate Room.
